We're sorry to see you go — but if you’ve decided to cancel your account or services, here’s a quick guide to help you do it easily and properly from your client area.
Cancel a Specific Service (e.g., VPS, Hosting)
If you just want to cancel one of your products or services:
1. Log into Your Client Area

Enter your credentials or use Google login if enabled.
2. Go to "My Services"

Navigate to Services > My Services

Find the service you want to cancel.

Click on “View Details” or “Manage”
3. Choose "Request Cancellation"

In the sidebar or bottom of the page, click “Request Cancellation”

Select the reason and desired cancellation type:

Immediate (service will be canceled right away)

End of Billing Period (keeps the service active until the next renewal date)

You may leave a comment explaining your reason (optional but helpful).

Click Submit Request
You’ll receive a confirmation email, and our team may follow up if needed.
Canceling the Entire Account
To close your entire account with us (including all services and client access):
1. Open a Support Ticket

Go to Support > Open Ticket

Choose Billing or General Inquiry

Request full account closure in the message.

We may verify your identity before closing for security.
Important Notes:

Canceling a service does not automatically cancel unpaid invoices — contact support to ensure everything is settled.

Once canceled, all data will be deleted. Be sure to back up your files before submitting a cancellation request.
